How do I choose the wattage of my radiator?

The power of the radiator should be selected according to the size of the room. 

 The above 462W radiator will heat a room of 4.5 – 5 m2.

Depending on the existing installation in the house/apartment, it is necessary to calculate the power of the radiator. 

 75/65/20 – for new solid fuel boilers/gas/oil boilers, gas cookers, district heating networks 

55/45/20 – for modern condensing boilers, gas cookers, 

50/40/20, 45/35/20 – medium and low temperature systems, heat pumps, 

90/70/20 – high temperature system for solid fuel boilers. 

The given radiator output is indicated for parameter 75/65. 

For other parameters, the output should be calculated according to the information below: 

 The following values should be added or subtracted to the radiator output depending on the installation you have:
• 55/45/20 – 50%
• 50/40/20 – 60%
• 45/35/20 – 70%
• 90/70/20 + 25%
